Upward Roots: Relational Therapy

Upward Roots is now offering in-person therapy in Carlsbad Village in addition to telehealth for all California residents.

Hi, I'm Melanie Goetz, LMFT and I work with individuals and couples seeking healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. 

Therapy focuses may include increasing self-esteem, practicing conflict resolution skills, processing generational patterns of trauma,  processing relational wounds from childhood, previous friendships and/or romantic relationships, developing the confidence to assert boundaries in personal and professional relationships, developing self-compassion, or increasing motivation to live the life you want to believe you deserve.

Sessions are catered to your current needs and longings.
